PRODUCT DESIGN

HYPH

A music app where anyone builds a track from stems, adds real artist vocals and shares it to be remixed.

I designed it end to end, from first research to App Store.

PLAY FIRST, PRODUCE LATER.

Music tools usually open on a timeline and a hundred knobs. Hyph opens on four sound rings you can touch, stack and swap. Levels, reverb and delay sit one tap in: there when you want them, out of the way when you don't.

MUSIC PRODUCTION IS HARD. MAKING IT FEEL EASY WAS THE JOB.

DESIGNED FOR THE LOOP.

Points alone don't bring anyone back. Every reward in Hyph points to the next thing to make: a challenge with a deadline, a reveal that shows where you placed, a level that unlocks a new sound.

A MARKET BOTH SIDES TRUST.

Creators want real voices. Artists want to get paid for them. In Market every vocal is priced up front, bought in-app and yours for good, and artists who subscribe get tools to sell and refine their work.
